Terms and conditions

How to order?

1. When you decide to buy an item, click on the “Add to Cart” button, the selected item will appear in your cart in the upper right corner. The cart provides you with information about the total quantity of items, the total price of items and the quantity of individual items, where you can change the quantities of ordered items or delete them.
You can remove an individual item from the cart by clicking on the “x” that appears to the right of the item.
Clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button (at the top of the page) will take you to the shopping cart overview.

3. Shipping cost is 40 kn for Croatia. For delivery outside Croatia please contact us.

4. By selecting the “Continue” button, you confirm the selected items and proceed to the payment and shipping information section. Here you can change your destination address to receive the package (if different from your account address), select your payment method and confirm by clicking the “Order” button.

5. After ordering, a notification of receipt of the order will be sent to your mail, followed by a “Payment Offer” sent by us confirming the availability of the ordered items and delivery time.

Terms of Purchase

1. General

These terms and conditions determine the process of ordering, paying, shipping and claiming products offered on our online store. “Angelic Touch is the seller and the buyer is every adult visitor to our online store, who orders goods in one of the ways described below.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered during the purchase process. By purchasing a product from an online store, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

2. Content Accuracy

In our online store we always strive to accurately display the descriptions, pictures and prices of the products offered. Despite our efforts, occasionally minor errors or inconsistencies may occur.

3. Product availability

We regularly monitor the status of our warehouse and update the information in our online store accordingly. However, it can sometimes happen that a product is displayed in our online store, even though it is no longer in stock. In such a case, we will notify you and you can change or cancel the order.

4. Prices

You can choose to see prices in Euros (EUR) or Kuna (HRK), VAT included.

5. Order

All products offered in our online store are ordered in one of the following ways:
through a web-shop cart
by e-mail

6. Payment

You can pay for products through the online store by:
general payment slips
transfer order
internet banking
PayPal
For each order we will contact you about the delivery time and make you an offer for your order.

7. Shipping

We ship items available in stock no later than 24 hours after receiving your payment (it may take a day or two depending on the bank) or within 24 hours of making a down payment. In case the product is not currently available, we will contact you and let you know when we are able to deliver your order (usually within 48 hours).
Shipping costs 40 kn per package.
When sending your order, we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment and which courier the order was sent to.

8. Returns, Complaints, or Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, you can return or exchange it within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted. The product must be unused, along with the original invoice you received with the shipment. If you do not want a product replacement, we will refund the amount paid to your account. The cost of returning and sending new goods is borne by the buyer.

The seller agrees to deliver a product that meets the product description provided at https://www.angelic-touch.com/shop/. Photos that illustrate a product on the Website do not have to match the actual appearance of the product (although we do our best to keep the photographs authentic) and the buyer cannot advertise this segment. The customer is entitled within eight 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product to claim the purchased product or return the product if, upon picking up the goods, they notice defects on the products. Angelic Touch, upon request for a refund or exchange, will return to the customer the account specified by the customer in the request or replace the product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product to the address specified on the complaint form. The request for complaint shall be sent to the e-mail marina@angelic-touch.com or by mail to Angelic Touch vl. , by email. After the buyer requests a refund, he will be contacted by the seller’s staff and given instructions for making a refund. In order for the return to be accepted, the returned goods must be undamaged and unused. Return of the delivered products is made by delivery to the address, which the registered user was informed after the complaint was sent. The cost of returning the product is borne by the user. The customer is obliged to return the delivered products in the state in which they were delivered. If it is unequivocally established that a complaint on a product is unjustified or that a malfunction of the ordered product was due to improper handling or use, then Angelic Touch is not obliged to refund or deliver the replacement product.

The advertised product will be returned to the user at its cost, with a written explanation of the reasons for not accepting the refund or replacement request. If the request for a refund or replacement is justified, Angelic Touch will send the correct products to the user, with the cost of resending the product to be borne by Angelic Touch. If an error occurred while packing the ordered products and the buyer did not receive the ordered product but another one, he shall report the said within eight (8) days. In this case, the customer returns the wrongly shipped product at the expense of Angelic Touch, who undertakes to deliver the ordered product or make a refund (as requested by the customer) within fifteen (15) days of the shipment of the wrongly shipped item. If the customer has not received the ordered and paid product, he must report it within eight (8) calendar days from the expected arrival of the ordered product via e-mail marina@angelic-touch.com or by telephone on 098 914 7430. Angelic Touch is at within this period, he is obliged to determine what happened to the advertised shipment and to inform the user about the further resolution of the complaint.

The Buyer may unilaterally terminate the Purchase Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

In order for the Buyer to be entitled to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement, he must inform Angelic Touch of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline, by unambiguous statement sent by mail or e-mail, in which the Buyer will indicate his name, address, number phone, fax, or email address. The acknowledgment of receipt of the statement of unilateral termination of the Angelic Touch contract shall be sent to the Buyer by electronic mail without delay. The term for unilateral termination shall be 14 days from the date on which the goods subject to the contract have been surrendered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer who is not the carrier. If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the contract of sale, Angelic Touch undertakes to refund the purchase price received within 14 days of receipt of the statement of unilateral termination, and after the Buyer returns the purchased goods. In case of unilateral termination of the contract, the buyer is obliged to return the purchased goods to the seller within 14 days after sending the statement on unilateral termination of the contract. The cost of returning the purchased goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

9. Liability for Material Defects

Angelic Touch is responsible for the material defects of the goods sold in accordance with the provisions of the Obligations Act.

10. Privacy

Angelic Touch is committed to protecting the personal information of customers by collecting only basic customer information necessary to fulfill our obligations. All customer information is strictly kept and is only available to us to do the job.
